How the Artist Works With Her Clients
If you are interested in exploring the possibility of commissioning a Thummprint portrait, Mary Thumma will be glad to meet with you and show you samples of actual portraits. Once you make the decision to commission the portrait, Mary will schedule a time and location for a photo shoot. Clothing, poses and settings will be discussed in depth prior to the photo session. This will take approximately two hours. After reviewing the photos, Mary meets with her clients to help determine the best image that depicts the personality of the subject. She then paints an initial sketch to be approved and will show the painting prior to completion for adjustments before completing the portrait.

Payment
The artist accepts the fee in 3 equal installments, according to the following schedule:
    1. The first 1/3 of the fee is due when Mary conducts the photo session
    2. The second 1/3 of the fee is due when the client approves the sketch on canvas
    3. The final installment is due when the finished portrait is delivered.
